SCHOLARSHIP CHECKS

If your child is ready for TA, then don't forget to use your $1000 ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP check to reduce that first year's tuition. If you have more than one child, we'll get you more checks. In addition, we would like for you to be on the lookout for students that you feel have what it takes to be a TA Knight. When you identify that deserving student, we invite you to award that student a TA ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP of $1000 by filling out and signing an ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP CHECK , and presenting it to that deserving student's parents. Should they enroll at TA, and with your recommendation we hope they certainly will, your alumni scholarship will cover a significant portion of their first year's tuition. Of course, there are no students that we'd rather see you award this ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP to than children of our own alumni.

Effective March 27, 2007, the “thank you” reward for current TA parents and alumni for recruiting new families with a TA Parent or TA Alumni scholarship check will be $250. The new family will receive a one-time new-student scholarship of $1000 per child entered.  A new-student scholarship may not be used in combination with any other financial aid provided for that student. The Admissions Office greatly appreciates the assistance and support of our parents, alumni, and teachers in recruiting for TA Tuscaloosa's best and brightest.
